Need tested.: While rash and itching can be associated with HIV infection, there are many other reasons for such symptoms, and the only way to know if you have HIV is to be tested for hiv. If you have any concern that you may have hiv, please visit a clinic or doctor to discuss your concerns and get tested. This will help with your concerns and may make you less 'itchy'. It will also empower your decisions.

Dry skin?: You likely have dry skin and may try applying a moisturizer all over within 3 minutes after bathing. Itching is usually not a component of hiv, so do not get to anxious. There are other causes for itching and if it is not from dry skin, you should consider consulting a dermatologist.
