Hydrate: Calf 'cramping' or "charley horses" occur most commonly in people who exersise without keeping adequately hydrated. Almost any muscle group can be affected w/ prolonged exersise, esp.In hot, humid conditions. Electrolyte loss (na, k) w/ endurance events can precipitate cramping. Try to stretch and hydrate before you exercise and drink water and/ or carb/ electrolyte drinks during your workouts.Gl!
