Yes you need help: But not of a technical nature. It is not the job of an ethical physician to help anybody find ways to hurt themselves. If you have an opioid dependency, and it sure sounds to me like you might, get help for that. There are many competent treatment programs, and am sure that galveston has it's share of them. Narcotics anonymous is widely available, and www.Asam.Org and www.Aaap.Org can help.
