Take all the drug: The most common chlamydia treatments are azithromycin, 1.0 gram in a single dose (2 or 4 tablets); and doxycycline, 100 mg by mouth twice daily for 7 days. In both cases, taking less then all the tablets is not reliable and will not reliably cure the infection. Don't cut corners; take the full dose!
