Can the blue round xanax (alprazolam) be better then the football one?

Better how?: Xanax (alprazolam) is the same drug in whatever pill it happens to be in. There are brand name and generic forms, but they are all required to be approximately equal in their content. The blue oval forms and the blue round ones are both 1 mg and they are the same. I do not like Xanax and do not prescribe it. It has a high abuse potential, and there are better alternatives to treat anxiety.
