Viagra (sildenafil): Most 39 year olds would not need viagra (sildenafil). Taking a drug you don't need with or without additional drugs(alcohol is a drug) is not a good idea. If a person needs viagra (sildenafil) and has appropriate condition and medications which don't raise risk, it could be safe. Likewise the beers could be ok. A blanket 'its safe' isn't prudent without knowing more about the person concerned in the question.
