Yes: Yes, absolutely you can be nearsighted in one eye. Most people have a similar prescription in both eyes with symmetric astigmatism of it is present, but that is also often not the case. One eye have no prescription while the other is nearsighted. It usually occurs if one eye is longer from front to back or if one has a steeper curvature of the cornea. Easiest way to get half price LASIK. :)
