Depends: It would not be normal for the knee to be in different alignment but then my question is - who is judging the alignment? Sometimes the alignment may look off, but an orthopedist may find (esp with x-rays) that the appearance is deceiving and the alignment is actually fine. See your physician if your concerns persist.

It depends: Knee sprain is injury to the ligaments and mild case there in no change in the alignment of the knee if however there is complete rupture of ligament/s then it is possible to get the knee out of alignment that can be a serious injury and you have to see an orthopedic surgeon because you may need surgery to repair the torn ligaments good luck.
