Population dependent: Most infectious diseases spread from person to person. So it depends contact with others, no matter what the climate. Some infectious and parasitic diseases are spread by animals and insects, many of which are less common in colder climates. There's not a lot of malaria in Norway! Poor sanitation spreads disease, and this can also be worse in warmer countries.
