Balanced meals.: Try to eat more complex carbohydrates like baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc because they are more filling. Some people crave sugars if they are tired, do not eat balanced meals or are depressed. The sugar gives you a quick rush but this doesn't last long and you are hungry again. Try eating 3 meals a day, eat more fruits and vegetable or substitute eating instead of empty carbs.
