No: Borderline personality disorder is a serious condition with symptoms including severe mood instability, chronic feelings of emptiness, fear of abandonment and cutting or other self-harm behaviors. DBT with an experienced clinician with medications as adjuncts is very helpful. BPD probably has many causes, it is related to childhood sexual abuse in many cases but not hypersexuality.

Borderline : Those suffering from borderline personality disorder are often come from childhoods of extreme trauma and sexual abuse. If that's what you mean by childhood hypersexuality, then the answer is yes.
