Lots of ways: Your pharmacist can recommend a variety of over-the-counter Rx's which if you'll use consistently for a week or so will usually keep it under control. It's something you manage lifelong. If you can't find something over the counter, ask your physician about Rx's including perhaps ketoconazole.
