Most likely not: 16 years old girl will be able to lose the 20 lb. Without the fear of facing excess skin eat healthy, eliminate junk food drink a plenty of water eliminate soda and cut down on caffeine and exercise the exercise is the key it will tone your skin and your muscle and prevent any lose skin.
