I have small tears on my vagina. they happen after sex. what can i do to prevent/get rid of them?

Minor trauma: Sometimes using a good water-based lubricant will help to decrease the tearing. Sometimes women are more prone to tears if they have certain medical conditions. Using a small amount of a topical product like neosporin or Bacitracin can sometimes help these fissures to heal. It may help to refrain from intercourse for a little while to allow them to heal.
