Here is...: At times, some benign genital lesions like seborrheic keratosis or moles may look alike. But a detailed history may help differentiate them. Ultimately, excisional biopsy for microscopic exam may be required for identification. But, it could not be done at home. Nonetheless, such uncertain lesion can be just watched as long as not hurting. Not increasing in size, not ulcerating and bleeding.
