Muscle pain: Muscle pain and fatigue is concerning for an inflammatory condition. For such a constellation of symptoms see a neurologist with a speciality in neuromuscular disorders. Keep track of whether the symptoms are worse after exercise or not, and other triggers that might be making it worse.
