Could be: Sperm motility is a very important part of the semen analysis and your motility is definitely low. That being said, often when the rest of the analysis is normal, but only the motility is low, it may be a fluke. You should consider repeating the analysis.

Yes, it can be...: Oveall, the quality of your semen is good to fertilize a waiting egg although motility is on low side. Are there some or many white blood cells in the semen? Are your sex partner being evaluated and well for conceiving? So, ask , talk, and work with doctor. Best wish...
