You may have celiac: Disease or some other food sensitivity. Your doc can test for this. Many folks don't have full blown ciliac but are still sensitive and have symptoms. Great plains lab does this type of testing. Peace and good health.

It seems like when I eat a lot of bread or chips I get very bloated, gassy, stomach pains, my bowel movements change, and sometimes I have frequent normal bowel movements or I have diarrhea and then its done. Could this be gluten intolerance or Ibs?
