my grand daughter has brown nasal discharge?

Foreign body in nose: I do not know the age of your granddaughter. It is common for young children to put small items in their nose. These small items can cause localized infections that can create foul smelling non-clear nasal discharge. I recommend having a doctor evaluate her nose soon.
