I've taken zoloft (sertraline) for 5 weeks. first 2 weeks on 25mg, 3rd week on 50mg and the last 2 weeks on 25mg. wd symptoms for 3 weeks now. how much longer?

Med adjustment.: Are you on 75 mg. Now? It takes anywhere from 3-6 weeks on the right dose of zoloft (sertraline) to experience improvement of symptoms, depending on whether is is for depression or ocd. If it is ocd, the standard of care for for doses may exceed the recommended dose for depression. Current dose does not seem adequate for you.You need to go back to your doctor.
