is it normal to use sex delay creams or sprays ? or there are other ways to overcome premature ejaculation ?

"Normal" wrong Q: Is it reasonable, yes. Does it help resolve premature ejaculation cause, not really, but it aids with the problem, and does not have much of a downside, so would not worry about it. Real solution comes with practice at pacing / not over-stimulating yourself too quickly and self-control. Good luck.

Yes But Meds: Delay cream has in it numbing medication- benzocaine. You can try it. Alternatively the ssri paroxetine or sertraline are very effective.
