Possibly: The ilizarov method is one form of limb alignment surgery. It is labor intensive, with a high infection rate, but it works! performed this surgery for over 15 years. There are easier ways, in my opinion, such as tibial and/or femoral osteotomies. You need to start with an orthopedic evaluation and full length leg x-rays to determine source of "bowleggedness.".
