Excess fluid in legs: The pressure of the pregnant uterus is causing blood and fluid in the veins to "back up" when you are lying down and "kinking" the vessels. Try pillows behind your knees to keep them straight and elevate your legs higher than your waist when sitting and lying down.

Blood test: You will need to check your electrolytes and iron panel. It could be caused /related to iron deficiency or electrolytes imbalance. Make sure you take prenatal multivitamin. And if your iron is low- definitely you will need to take some extra replacement. And not to forget to discuss with your OB for detail instruction.
