No ovulation: It sounds like you didn't ovulate. Your bloodwork indicates that your ovarian reserve is fine, though it is certainly more difficult at age 42. While your obgyn could give you Clomid (clomiphene) to make you ovulate, at 42, it is a good idea to go directly to a fertility specialist. The medicine you took will bring your period on but will not make you ovulate.
