Home Preg Tests: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate about 14 days after conception. Unfortunately, since sperm can live for a while, and ovulation can occur late sometimes, it's impossible to be exactly certain of your conception date. But generally speaking, if you wait at least 2 weeks from your last intercourse, a home test *should* be accurate.
