Many possibilities: Reasons for painful sex usually are related to many possibilities from nerve disorders, poor natural lubrication, vaginal or bladder infections, uterine inversions, or vaginismus (involuntary spasms of the pelvic floor) to name a few. Follow up with a gynecologist would be recommended.
