Is it ok to take 50mg of trazodone before bed and 10mg of buspirone twice daily and 20 mg of fluoxitine once daily?

Yes: If that is what/how your doctor has prescribed it and you are tolerating/benefitting from it, then yes. This is both reasonable and not an uncommon medication regimen for either unipolar depression, anxiety or insomnia and/or some combination of these difficulties.

Although this is a : Common combination, there is an increased risk of developing a serotinergic syndrome. I haven't seen that be a problem with the doses you mentioned - but there are occasional patients with serotinergic syndrome triggered by relatively low doses of serotinergic medications. Discuss concerns with your psychiatrist. Take care.
