Sounds like, no: You're on a very effective birth control method. No method other than abstinence is foolproof, and women on birth control pill when taken perfectly (no missed pills) still have a 4-6 % chance of pregnancy in a year. If you're worried, can always take a home pregnancy test just to ease your mind.
