Probably OK...but...: Is the dark lesion sipping any fluid at all? Has its size and color remained the same over the 6 months or changed? Are you circumcised? If circumcised and it has stayed same in size and color, and dry, it's probably a benign lesion like a tiny hemangioma or varicose vein. So, leave it alone; but if in doubt, biopsy under local anesthesia is ultimate answer. Best wish...
