Take pregnancy test: If negative, then take it again in another 4 weeks w/o intervening unprotected sex. If repeat test is negative, too, then it's not likely that you're pregnant. In meantime, you'll need to decide if you want to get pregnant or not. If latter, take birth control as directed (or ask your family doc for other options). If you're at risk for stds, make your partner wear a condom each & every time.
