No: If you think about it.... How could you shed a uterine lining when there's a fetus/baby in the uterus. It just wouldn't be possible. Nor hormonally, not architecturally. Having said that, women do have bleeding in pregnancy, typically related to the placenta. But bleeding in pregnancy does not indicate a period in pregnancy.
