See a doctor: It's likely a benign nevus (mole) but pre-cancer and cancer can occur on the labia. It's always better to be safe than sorry, so i would recommend you see a doctor and have it checked out. You're only 20, so chances are slim, but melanoma is increasingly occuring in younger and younger women. Be safe.
