There is always: A chance of pregnancy after unprotected sex; however, it is also possible that with the pcos you did not ovulate, which would make pregnancy unlikely. After your period due date has past, do a home pregnancy test with first morning urine--that will be the most accurate unless you want to go to the doc to get a serum HCG done!
