Out of curiosity, what can cause bleeding in the upper respiritory system?

Too Broader question: This question is too broad.Upper respiratory system comprises of throat, nose, sinuses.And it is continuous with the lower resp system like trachea, bronchi and lungs bleeding in upper respiratory system can be from the sinuse back of throat, nasal bleeding trickle down to throat.Can only happen with inflammation due to allergies and infections and is not that common.
