If that is the case?: When you experience a seizure, your oxygen level might dip and your carbon dioxide will also change. Many metabolic changes accompany seizures. I suspect that oxygenation due to seizure activity, not the reverse. You do not list your current anti-seizure meds, but i presume you are taking some medication. Altering your medicines may successfully control the seizures.
