Hormones: Increased bleeding typically means a change in your hormones has occurred. These types of fluctuations can happen as we age. If bleeding for more than 7 days or changing tampons in 1-2 hours or less, then you may want to make an appt with gynecologist to ensure that there's nothing else going on. Best of luck.
