See doctor...: If u-culture from properly collected urine at not taking antibiotics, the report is correct. And backache at "kidney area" has been frequently misinterpreted as kidney infection. Frequent voiding and constant bladder pressure need to be evaluated for bladder function, lifestyle including eating and drinking, and possible pid, etc. But related with high bp..? See dr. To piece all things together...
