No: If your tests for chlmaydia and gonorrhea were negtative, regardless of recent antibiotic use, then you have every reason to believe that you are negative for those stis. Good luck.

Gon & Chlam only: Welcome. Thanks for your question. There's no point in retesting for syphilis. If you had it or were exposed, amoxicillin for a week would cure it and a negative test afterward will never become positive. However, amoxicillin could suppress gonorrhea or chlamydia without curing it. If you were at significant risk, you should be tested again, waiting until at least 3 weeks after the last dose.
