Oh my goodness yes: Yes, of course, it's normal to have that type of discharge 9 weeks after having a child. Depending on your breastfeeding status, there may be irregular bleeding for awhile. Brown discharge is only a sign of old blood, nothing necessarily wrong at all with your uterus. Best wishes.
