Don't play doc!: Sometimes these can be hidradenitis suppurativa, or they can be infected bartholin's gland cysts. If you popped one a year ago ; it came back in the same place, you should see your ob/gyn. They might need to incise ; drain it, and pack it. They even put a little catheter in so that a permanent hole goes to the outside so it can drain on it's own. Should also culture for MRSA ; treated if need be.

Won't likely help: That sounds like a cyst of some kind. It's really best to have you doctor see it because removing it is going to be the only way to fix it permanently. I doubt there's anything over the counter that would fix it. I'd get this one checked out.
