Extra dose: The result of taking 20 mg of cyclobenzaprine versus 10 mg is most likely an increase in drowsiness/fatigue. Pharmacists are experts at educating patients on side effects of medications.

Probably no worries: Usual dose of cyclobenzaprine from 10-30mg. Daily or 15-30 as a one time dose in extended release form. Therefore, it sounds like you're within the limits of normality. You may experience some side effects such as fatigue, lethary, slurred speech, and blunting of your thoughts but this is all transient and will get back to normal in less than a day. Good idea to let your doc know what happened.
