Glucose 3.7 mmoles/l: Your glucose of 3.7 mmoles/l is low. Are you diabetic (d) on medications (m)? If the answer is "yes" speak to the physician who is treating you about cutting back the dose of the medicine you are taking. If you are not d not on m, see an endocrinologist to get answer to your question and a plan for treatment. Good luck.

It depends.: Why was this checked? What time of the day or relationship to meals was this done? At night or about 2-4 hours after a meal this could be nl. Do you have DM? If so you may need a medication adjustment. You comment on low BLOOD PRESSURE? Do they know why? Does thyroid, endocrine, adrenal or other autoimmune disease run in the family. This could be normal to adrenal insuff. More info is needed.
