It depends.: Why was this checked? What time of the day or relationship to meals was this done? At night or about 2-4 hours after a meal this could be nl. Do you have DM? If so you may need a medication adjustment. You comment on low BLOOD PRESSURE? Do they know why? Does thyroid, endocrine, adrenal or other autoimmune disease run in the family. This could be normal to adrenal insuff. More info is needed.
