A member asked:

Is it good to drink cold coffee occasionally in my 3 month postpartum? ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Coffee is good for you on many levels. It helps keep one alert, it helps to fend off dementia, it decreases depression, decreases risk for diabetes, and the list goes on. If you're worried about breast milk transmission, then drink the coffee right after you've fed or pumped.
