Looks good, but...: I'm assuming you started a thyroid supplement after the first test. This has brought your levels into the normal range. Barring other reasons to avoid conceiving, it appears you're OK to conceive now. However it is imperative that you have thyroid levels tested at the frequency recommended by your physician, as the dose requirement can easily change during the course of pregnancy.
