NMS, however: Sometimes one may feel that one's wife, having given birth, has transformed into a mother from a lover. The stress from this drastic change in life may also reduce one's sexual desire as would be fatigue. The body needs all the energy to cope with modern life and sex would be the first one to go with fatigue and stress. If this persists even without sleep interruption, check for depression.

Maybe.: The loss of libido can arise from a number of factors of which sleep deprivation maybe one, low testosterone, depression , fatigue and anemia. Your doctor can examine you, order some tests to rule out physical factors or send you to a psychiatrist if appropriate.
