Depends: For you to be successful, you need to ovulate, have open and unscarred fallopian tubes and have a partner with a normal semen analysis. If those things are good, your chances are decent( at least 30 percent.

IUI: In the optimal situation with normal egg quality, open fallopian tubes, and decent sperm quality, the best chances would be approximately 20% per cycle. Within three or four cycles 50% of the couples that will become pregnant with this type of treatment will be pregnant.
