Worried?: Holes in teeth and pain are two good reasons to see a dentist for proper dental care. Should you be worried? You should get proper dental care on a routine basis. Otherwise small problems become big problems. No problems now become big problems over time. I would worry about not getting dental care.

Absolutely: It may appear like a small hole on the outside, but underneath it can be quite large, and deep. It's best to see a dentist in your town asap.
