Breast pain: Breast feeding up to 4 months ago should not have any relationship to breast pain now. Engorgement, mastitis and blocked milk duct(s) can all cause breast pain when it occurs while a woman is nursing or shortly after the weaning process. Breast pain after such a long interval requires examination by your physician.
