Is it possible to test negative still have a period and be pregnant?

See below: If you test negative and are negative, then you will get a period. If you test too early, then it will be negative, and you either won't get a period or will have lighter, unusual bleeding at the time of the missed period. If you are pregnant, the bleeding is not a period.

Yes: It's possible to have a false negative test, and it's also possible to have bleeding in the first trimester and still be pregnant. So, theoretically, it's possible to have both happen. However, if you are at all concerned that you could be pregnant, why not re-test with a home pregnancy test either today or even in 2-3 days just to be sure. Best of luck.
