Depends: While pregnancy is not likely, it is still possible. It depends on things like what you cycles are normally like and and when you took to pregnancy test. Certain likes of abnormal pregnancies like tubal or ectopic pregnancy may present with bleeding and low positive blood test and negative urine test.
